Long celebrated as one of the country’s most cherished resorts, the Royal Palms Resort & Spa has recently completed enhancements to all 119 guestrooms, suites, casitas and villas. By refreshing the original Mediterranean design, the resort retains its distinct character and charm while curating an elevated guest experience. Rooms have been lightened and brightened with hues from the natural backdrop of desert Earth tones. A neutral paint palette enhances the rich wood architectural features and makes room for vibrant accents, colors and textures in an array of regional palettes. Rooms are filled with eclectic European furniture, lavish textures and hand selected artifacts.
PRESIDENTIAL VILLA (1700 sq. feet) is the resort's premier accommodation and offers refined detailing that evokes the beauty of a Mediterranean estate. The villa offers two private entrances and can be adjoined to a second master bedroom and bathroom that expands the space to 2,300 square feet. The Presidential Villa features a luxurious master bedroom with a stately king-size bed and gas-burning fireplace. The master bathroom features an exquisite claw-foot bathtub and a glass-enclosed indoor and outdoor shower. The villa also includes a large living room with dramatic fireplace, private dining room, butler's kitchen, guest bathroom and three private patios with an outdoor fireplace and water feature.
ARCADIA VILLA (900 sq. feet) accommodations are located in the Arcadia gardens. Renovated in 2017, the design of the Arcadia Villas was inspired by the citrus groves of the local Arcadia neighborhood. Earthy tones are complimented by pops of bold orange and green. Arcadia Villas feature living room with queen sofa sleeper, Keurig coffee maker, complimentary wireless Internet, Bose Soundlink Speaker, king bedroom with gas fireplace, bathrobes, large bathroom with Jack & Jill pedestal sinks, claw foot soaking tub, glass shower, spacious patio with outdoor fireplace and fountain.

VALENCIA VILLA(700 sq. feet) accommodations are casita style rooms located in the hotel's Valencia gardens. Renovated in August 2017, the design of the Valencia Villas was inspired by the incredible light and clouds of the desert sky. Rich blue hues reflect the beauty of the Arizona sky accented by the orange glow of the surrounding mountain views. King Junior Suite (560 sq. feet) accommodations are located in the main Montavista building.
