Tarawera Suite

The Tarawera Suite features floor to ceiling glass that embrace an uninterrupted view from the tranquil bay up to the majestic summit of Mount Tarawera. This suite has a split level design and features a generous bedroom with relaxing sitting area and separate dining room. Villa Suite

This two story detached Villa Suite is all about space – the ground floor features a Master bedroom with ensuite plus a living / dining area and outdoor deck overlooking the bay. A second equally spacious bedroom with ensuite awaits upstairs. Ideal for families or group of friends traveling together, the Villa Suite offers relaxing communal space to enjoy each others company whilst also providing separate bedrooms and facilities to allow a personal retreat.

Set in a separate building the Solitaire Suite offers peace, total privacy and a breathtaking outlook through dramatic picture windows across glassy Lake Tarawera. Bar

Pre Dinner Drinks and Canapés are served from 7pm daily and are complemented with wine, spirit and beer options. These drinks include a showcase of the best regional varieties of New Zealand’s wine. Guest enjoy these appetizers either around the fire in winter or on the outside deck in summer­time.

Restaurant

Rotorua has climatic conditions that favor many berry varieties as well as kiwifruit and cherries. Our own garden is well used by the chefs as well as garnishes and herbs. Nearby orchards in Whakatane and Katikati supply wider produce selections and the strong Maori population gives the opportunity to present indigenous ingredients such as Kumara, Maori potatoes and edible plants. The emphasis of the evening meal is to produce changing tasting experiences of best seasonal vegetables served with prime New Zealand meat and fish. The Menu is a five course and includes starter, entrée, sorbet, 2 mains choice and dessert.
