Born on the island, Noelani also studied under Michael Mina, Jean-Marie Josselin and the legendary Wolfgang Puck. She brought her experiences and knowledge back home to the island to create something new and innovative, blending techniques and flavor profiles from her learning of French, Italian and Asian cuisines.
